Woah, I rushed and handed up my OOAD project yesterday. Then lesson from 12-4. And rushed and handed up my OOPG assignment which is due at 5.
Then got home and study Law from 8pm all the way to 1.30am. GOD. It's really plain studying. The com's not on and my door's closed and locked, with the only times of me leaving the room is due to going to toilet and having a drink.
Ended up of course, studying more than it's "required". The Law paper's easy to me. I can practically do EVERYTHING except two words in the crossword puzzle in section A. Still disappointed, I expected myself to write till i drop. Hahaha.
But compared to my friends, Im... Hahaa. I think that pratically the whole hall got that question wrong. The scenario is a girl putting make-up, unintentionally dropped a tissue and got caught for littering. Then question is "Is she going to succeed challenging the charge in court ?"
Almost everyone wrote that it can partially be successful because it's unintentional and for a crime to be charged, there must be both a guilty action and a guilty mind ( good, they studied.)
BUT..Only im right. Haha. My answer's No. They didnt realised that Littering is under the "Statutory offences" which means it doesnt need to be coupled with a guilty frame of mind, the action itself is enough to be charged whether it be intentional or not. HAHA. Im proud of myself. Hehh
Initially going to the Fireworks, Haha. But Vincent just messaged maybe playing soccer at Bradell heights so yeah, of course la.
Anyway, I've always dread squeesy, hot situations and Fireworks kinda lame. zzz.
