The quarter-finals resume this friday night. How nice of the schedule. The World Cup takes a break, so have we. Hahah.
All the heavyweights this time, no surprises. Maybe only boring boring Ukraine, the most predictable team of the tournament has been lucky to get this far. Brazil has not looked their best, but it's a fact they are the best on paper. England are god damn lousy, but they have the potential. Portugal are a collective team of indivual talents. Argentina are the best team so far. The Germans are playing free attacking football like nobody quite expected. And.. Italy's defence has been watertight. That's like Classic Italy, defend then score on the counter. Not that attracting but effective, they have not conceded any goal to anyone so far (the only goal conceded, being an own goal)
So anyone could be champs (:
